Open issues

This space will be used to list bugs/issues with Greenix components, until I set up a proper issue tracker. Email updates to this page to greenrd@greenrd.org and I will review them and make the changes if appropriate.

General - Check digital signatures for downloads whenever possible

gcc - Optimisation: Profiled bootstrap

ghc packages - Minor issue: eliminate bogus build deps by patching configure scripts

java-gcj-compat - Update for new upstream gcj and java-gcj-compat (call python module directly instead of running aot-compile-rpm script)

kate - Trivial issue: Recognise .recipe files as Python files for syntax-highlighting purposes

sylpheed-claws - Rebuild to fix complicated dangling dep issue (this is a general problem which needs sorting)

Known upstream bugs

gcc - rmic ignores -classpath option - should be fixed in gcc4.2
